Are there any types of claims that cannot be lodged online?
If you need to make a claim for any of the policy types listed below, then please call us on 13 17 03 to lodge your claim. All other claims can be lodged online.

Who can lodge a claim?
Only a person named under your policy (policy holder/s) or a person that has legal authority to act on behalf of a person named under your policy is allowed to submit a claim under your policy. NB: If you have nominated listed drivers and they are not the policyholder or have legal authority to act on behalf of a person named under your policy, then they cannot lodge a claim under your policy.

Online claim process
1. Fill in as much of the claims form as you can.
2. Complete the declaration at the end of the form and submit the form.
3. You will receive confirmation of the information you supplied for your claim and can either print this out or have it emailed to you.  If you experience a problem lodging your claim, please contact us on 13 17 03
4. We will contact you if we require further information.
5. You will be contacted either by us or our authorised supplier within 2 business days to organise the next step in processing your claim.

What if I have trouble completing the information on the claim form?
Complete as much of the form as you can. If we require any further information, we will contact you. Alternatively, you can call us on 13 17 03 and lodge your claim by telephone between 7am and 7pm weekdays and 8:30am to 5pm weekends with one of our friendly customer service consultants.
