New Member Service Centre in Kalgoorlie

RAC Kalgoorlie will be celebrating its 43rd birthday when it opens the doors to its new premises at 51 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie on Monday 19 February.

The RAC Member Service Centre is moving from the corner of Porter Street and Hannan Street as part of a wider RAC refurbishment program to upgrade facilities throughout all its Member Service Centres and provide a better service to its members.

"We have been at Porter Street for over thirty years and although the offices have served us well we need to provide our members with a facility that makes it easier for them to come and do business in the Member Service Centre," said RAC Kalgoorlie Member Service Centre Manager Gail Vlaming.

"We are committed to providing our members in Kalgoorlie with a Member Service Centre that is dedicated to their needs and wholly about RAC business."

"The new office is designed with the customer in mind. It is much more spacious and its modern, professional layout will make it more user friendly for our members," said Gail.

RAC Kalgoorlie will officially be opening on Friday 16 March when Hot FM will be broadcasting live from the Member Service Centre between 10am and 2pm.

"We'll be celebrating the opening of the new Member Service Centre in style and we invite all members and the Kalgoorlie public to come down, visit the new office and try to win one of the great prizes on offer."

Later in the year the new Member Service Centre will also offer a full travel agency service including international and domestic travel bookings.

"We want to be able to offer a range of products and services that meet the needs of our members and travel is increasingly popular with many Western Australians," said Gail.
