Road users should keep left (where practicable) on all carriageways. Legislation and education to this effect is supported.
12.2(c) Road safety funding (27 May 2002)
The RAC supports the allocation to road safety programs of 100% of the revenue derived from radar speed cameras and red light cameras.
Allocation should be by legislation, with the funds directed towards the "Road trauma trust fund".
