This summer, holidaymakers will sleep under the stars and be surrounded by forest at the new RAC Karri Valley Resort caravan and camping ground.

Overlooking the towering Karri trees, the new precinct includes 66 powered sites, 50 camp sites, four ensuite sites and a designated pet friendly zone. A modern camp kitchen, recreation room, nature playground and BMX track are among the new facilities

RAC Executive General Manager Tourism Tony Pickworth said the addition would allow more people to visit and give guests a range of ways to tailor their experience.

“The new caravan and camping sites are a great way to get close to nature while also benefiting from all that RAC Karri Valley Resort has to offer,” Mr Pickworth said.

“We’re thrilled to offer a variety of accommodation options at this unique and iconic property, where guests can discover a small patch of Western Australian paradise.

“The new RAC Karri Valley Resort caravan and camping ground is surrounded by the majestic Karri Forest and is the perfect place to simply sit back and relax.

“For those looking to venture out, the resort is an ideal base to visit the local wineries and attractions, just 22kms from Pemberton.

“By continuing to expand the amount of quality accommodation in popular tourism destinations like Karri Valley, RAC aims to make WA holidays simple and satisfying for our members and the wider community.”

RAC Karri Valley Resort caravan and camping ground will open on Friday 18 December 2020. RAC members receive up to 20 per cent discount on accommodation and guests are also able to use RAC’s lay‐by system to book their holiday and pay it off in instalments.
