Our wireless Permaconn systems communicate using the 4G mobile network, so there's no need for a phone line. This adds extra security - if your home line is disconnected, the alarm system isn't. The wireless system is tested daily, so any system errors are reported quickly. As there are no phone lines, you won't pay any call or data charges.

Monitoring & the NBN
Many security alarms use a landline to communicate with the monitoring centre.
As the National Broadband Network (NBN) rolls out, homeowners will need to move their landline phone services to the NBN. We can switch your home alarm monitoring over to our wireless system to ensure your monitoring is maintained following your connection to the NBN.
